“Quitting Quitting” is the new buzzword following in the wake of “The Great Resignation.” It reflects the persistent turbulence in the labor market. Employees that don’t leave a company physically can “leave” emotionally and psychologically, reducing productivity and morale. This is financially costly, disruptive, and demoralizing to any organization. Leaders at all levels can use science-backed, evidence-based principles and “power skills” to make their workplaces be somewhere people want to stay, instead of wanting to leave.
