As card acceptance continues to add reliability and customer convenience, the cost of acceptance continues to rise. We would like to discuss/share a few unique strategies (based on client examples) that have been vetted in actual use cases. This topic will include CEDP updates, discounting, multi-tag pricing strategies (using ACH to your advantage) and of course surcharging strategies and pitfalls. This conversation will also pull in the card issuing business model especially when utilizing closed-loop interchange qualifications. All of these topics will help companies think about cost control strategies differently in minimizing client/end user impact and satisfaction.
