Session Description
Tony worked with Herb Kelleher at SWA to create a positive culture that rewarded humor and creativity in a way that resulting in great customer service, legendary productivity and profitability. Back by popular demand Tony will give us an update on the culture movement.

When he is not speaking across the country about “Funomenal” culture or best practices that have made Southwest consistently top rated in a variety of categories over the years, you can find him in Grand Prairie, Texas watching mystery movies with his wife Charlotte or having fun with family (six children and 21 grandchildren) and friends.
