Oliver Belin has over 15 years of experience in supply chain finance and working capital finance solutions.
He has worked for numerous leading organizations in trade finance and had key roles with PrimeRevenue, GSCF, Sumitomo Bank, and Marco Polo Network. Currently, he is the CEO of Calculum.
In 2008, he founded Swiss Commercial Capital, a company specialized in trade finance solutions, which was successfully sold to Macquarie Bank in 2011.
Oliver is also the author of two books on Supply Chain Finance Solutions and a frequent speaker on this topic including multiple AFP (Association for Financial Professionals) organizations in the US and EACT (European Association of Corporate Treasurers) in Europe.

The facts: In 2022, cyberattacks happen every 39 seconds. 30,000 websites are hacked daily around the world. 64% of companies worldwide have experienced at least one cyber incident. 22 billion client, patient, member, employee records were breached (2021). Ransomware cases grew by 92.7% (2021). 94% of all malware is perpetrated through email, AND, approx. 24,000 malicious mobile apps are blocked daily online. And yet, some companies are still not implementing risk management strategies to minimize their exposure to quantitative and qualitative losses. Why? Treasury professionals are often caught between doing what they know they need to do to mitigate cyber risks and other mandates. They may even find well intentioned executive management hesitant to act for a number of reasons. This hard-hitting panel will explore the multitude of cyber risks facing companies today, how treasury leaders are central to mitigating risk and how and why executive leadership is slow to act.

As Executive Director of Cash Management at Valero Energy Corporation, Shawna Krepps oversees the global cash operations for Valero for the US, IK, Ireland, Canada, Mexico and Peru. Her team centrally manages all outgoing payments, receivable applications, bank account opening processes, bank account verifications and daily bank reconciliations. With 30 years of combined banking and Treasury Management experience, Shawna is passionate about innovating, developing and sharing best practices in Treasury Management as well as championing the finance profession.
An industry champion, Shawna has led the San Antonio Association for Financial Professionals organization for over twenty years. She also represents San Antonio on the Alliance for Texas Treasury Associations (ATTA), chairing TEXPO in 2020 and 2025, while remaining an avid volunteer in her community and proud United Way Tocqueville Society contributor.
Shawna is a nationally renowned presenter on cash management related topics, including cybercrime and fraud, development and best practices in cash management, bank relationship management and thought leadership. She graduated from St. Mary’s University with a BBA in Corporate Finance and Risk Management.
Spencer Pollock is an award-winning cybersecurity attorney, public media figure and partner with the cybersecurity law practice at McDonald Hopkins. Spencer has extensive experience consulting, advising, and assisting clients in preparing and responding to cyber-attacks and data breaches, handling regulatory investigations, and ensuring organizations comply with all applicable state, federal, and international cyber-laws. Spencer’s experience includes speaking and presenting nationally about cybersecurity and cyber-law for a wide variety of associations and trade groups. Finally, Spencer is an experienced trial and civil defense attorney who had served as first chair on over fifty jury and three hundred bench trials.
Chris Loehr has over 25 years of leadership experience in designing and delivering cybersecurity and IT operational strategies for the financial and insurance industries. Chris currently serves as Executive Vice President and CTO of CFC Response/Solis Security, a division of CFC Underwriting, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm’s Incident Response and Proactive Cybersecurity teams. In addition to these day-to-day responsibilities, Chris has spearheaded numerous improvement and optimization efforts for CFC Response. Chris is passionate about assisting small and medium-sized organizations through difficult cyber-attacks. He takes the approach that the response efforts are more than technical. They require an incident response firm that can understand the business and respond to ensure the business’s needs are met and the business is restored as quickly as possible.
As Managing Director at PMC Treasury, Jeff Diorio is a senior lead in the Operational Treasury advisory practice. He works with corporate treasury departments, technology and banking vendors to automate Treasury, as well as optimize all aspects of Treasury operations. Jeff has more than 30 years of experience in both financial technology as well as global treasury operations that allow him to bring a strategic focus to this leadership role. He performs extensive thought leadership research and studies. Specialties include Treasury automation design, selection and implementation, Treasury and liquidity optimization, and payment risk mitigation. Jeff is currently a Director at Large on the board of the Treasury Management Association of New York. He has been a speaker at the AFP National Conference, and numerous regional treasury and bank conferences. Jeff has a BS in Mathematics from Northwestern University and is also a CCM.

As a Senior Management Consultant for McKinsey & Company and founding member of McKinsey Digital, Jeff consulted to companies across diverse industries (healthcare, packaged goods, telecom, media/entertainment). He led business strategy, cost reduction, IT strategy & efficiency, IT-enabled solution pilots and due diligence. Jeff also gained approval for major infrastructure investments through thoughtful clarification of business impact, financial return, and pragmatic work plans.

Jason Christensen is the head of the Payments, Treasury Management & Customer Care Technology Organization which is responsible for ensuring the broader payment rails throughout Wells Fargo are operating on a daily basis. The group is also responsible for the Treasury Management applications used by our Wholesale customers. Additionally, the Customer Care aspect is a newly defined concept that will help deliver world-class, one-stop service to our Wholesale customers. In July 2022, Jason was named a member of the Enterprise Risk Committee at The Clearing House, which oversees critical risk and operating aspects of the clearing network.
Jason joined Wells Fargo in August 2020 from JP Morgan Chase where he spent over 20 years, most recently where he was a managing director in the Commercial Bank responsible for the overall Architecture, Engineering and Shared Services functions. In addition, he also supported the Corporate and Community Banking and Specialized Industry line of business where he worked directly with front-line bankers and clients to ensure appropriate on-boarding, product alignment and cyber awareness.
Prior to his time in the Commercial Bank, Jason had managed many of the Treasury Management platforms in the Corporate and Investment Bank, including Receivables, Disbursements and Client Access. Additionally, he spent time managing the Global Clearing and SWIFT platforms and was instrumental in the payment transformation journey that is happening across JPMC’s global payment network.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Illinois. He and his wife Janice have three sons, Zac, Noah and Miles.
Amber McGregor is the Treasury Manager at Helmerich and Payne and has served in her current role for almost four years. She manages a team of three people responsible for cash positioning, cash journals, investments, corporate cards and cash application.
She has over 15 years of energy experience invarious finance related roles.
Amber graduated from Oklahoma State University as a Finance major, is a practicing Certified Treasury Professional and is a member of and has served as board President for the Green Country Treasury Management Association in Tulsa.

D.J. Masson, Ph.D., is President of The Treasury Academy, a training and consulting firm specializing in treasury management, international finance, business forecasting, and risk management. Over the past 25 years, D.J. has provided business and financial consulting and training services to a wide variety of corporations, financial institutions, and not-for-profit organizations in the U.S., Canada, and abroad. He is currently an Associate Clinical Professor of Finance at Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business and is a trainer and curriculum developer for programs with Association for Financial Professionals (AFP), GT News and Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT) in the U.K, and Citibank’s Global Transactions Services unit. D.J. has extensive experience in developing curriculum for a wide range of teaching and training environments, both residential and on-line. He has developed classes and taught at all levels of higher education: undergraduate, MBA, Executive MBA, and in-house, custom-designed courses. D.J. has worked with professional associations to develop workshop, training materials, and certification programs in the areas of Treasury Management, Credit Management, Global Cash Management, Financial Forecasting, Commercial Banking, and Risk Management. Ray Vines brings 30 years of corporate treasury experience (and honesty) to bear for Turningpoint Communications’ treasury management sales trainees, customers, customers’ clients and other key constituents as the “voice of the client” for programs, documentation and high-touch client experiences. Ray is also an instructor for the Association for Financial Professionals’ (AFP) Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), Treasury Learning System instructor-led courses, educating hundreds of prospective CTP candidates each spring and fall for Rice University and the University of Texas. Formerly, Ray served as Director of Treasury for Dean Foods in Dallas for seven years, where he was responsible for leading treasury operations and his team, managing internal and external relationships and continuous process improvement. Prior to Dean Foods, Ray spent 20 years at RadioShack as Director of Treasury Operations.
Ray is an active participant in enhancing the role of treasury management as an industry and career through his participation on industry roundtables and his leadership of the Dallas AFP, including his role as past president of the . Ray co-chaired the award-winning TEXPO conference in Dallas in 2018, leading all technological, marketing and communications aspects of the conference and is a key member of the content team for #DallasTEXPO2023.
