Bridget Meyer is a Senior Director of Redbridge Debt and Treasury Advisory and a regular speaker at the AFP national and regional conferences. She is an internationally recognized expert on bank fee reporting and currently facilitates the SWIFT CGI-MP working group 5 dedicated to improving the quality and adoption of the ISO 20022 bank fee file format. Bridget has been working for 20+ years to improve the quality of bank fee reporting by administering the AFP Service Code Accredited Provider Program and authored the AFP Global Service Codes. Her passion is to collaborate with the treasury community to make bank fee analysis easier on all parties involved - corporate treasurers, bankers, and vendors.
Nathan Boudreaux has nearly 20 years of experience across internal audit, supply chain, finance and treasury leadership roles. He was worked in technology, manufacturing, construction, and energy sectors for companies such as IBM, International Paper, Quanex, KBR and Aramco. He currently works for Aramco Americas in Treasury Operations. Nathan graduated LSU with an Economics degree and MBA. Previously, Frank spent ten years at Axalta Coating Systems holding several procurement leadership roles across direct, indirect, and logistics. Prior to joining Quaker Houghton, he was the Vice President of Direct Materials & Supplier Development. Early in Frank’s career he held procurement and operational roles at Sunoco Inc. and HydroChem Industrial. Joe Quiroga is President of Texas National Bank. Texas National Bank is a Hispanic-Owned community bank and CDFI chartered in 1920 out of Mercedes, TX with an emphasis on servicing the small business needs of the Rio Grande Valley. Since 2007 the Bank has grown from $64 million to $940 million in assets with ten locations. Prior to joining Texas National Bank, Mr. Quiroga was Vice President at JPMorgan Chase with positions in Commercial Lending and Private Banking managing both U.S. and International clients. Mr. Quiroga was previously licensed as a registered Investment Advisor with NASD Series 7, 63 and State of Texas Group 1 insurance license. Mr. Quiroga is currently serving his second term on the Board of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. He previously served on the Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council and was appointed as the committee’s national representative in Washington D.C. In addition, Mr. Quiroga serves on the OCC’s Minority Depository Advisory Committee to the Comptroller of the Currency, as a Board Member of the Community Development Bankers Association and the Texas Bankers Association.
Jerrod Gray has been at Jack Henry for 14+ years. Jerrod recently moved into his new role as Director, after being a Sr. Manager of Treasury Services at Jack Henry where he orchestrated daily cash and debt management of S&P 500 listed companies and advised the CFO and Senior Vice President. He graduated from Caltech with a PhD in Applied and Computational Mathematics and holds degrees in Machine Learning and Computer Science from the Ecole Normale Superieure in France. Prior to founding Jiko, Lintner worked as a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs’ Securities Division for almost a decade, leveraging technology and finding synergies to modernize the bank. Kim Kelly-Lippert has extensive knowledge and experience in Cash Management and Treasury Operations. Kim has been in Treasury Operations for over 30 years. Kim spent the first part of her career at a Subsidiary of Edison International, and has continued her career for the last 10 years with Treasury Management with American Honda Motor Co., Inc. Jenny Kerzman joined the City of Dallas in 2021 as Assistant Director of Treasury in the City Controller’s Office. She is responsible for overseeing the areas of cash management and banking services, the administration of the City’s $3 billion investment portfolio, and the $5 billion debt program. Kerzman started her government career with the City of Arlington and served as the Assistant City Treasurer for the City of Fort Worth for over 10 years. In addition to her municipality experience, Kerzman has worked for multiple private companies including Crescent Real Estate Equities, CEC Entertainment and Bimbo Bakeries USA. She is a graduate of Texas Wesleyan University and is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP). As a treasury professional of over 25 years, she has been a long-time member of the Fort Worth Association for Financial Professionals (FWAFP) and has served on different board positions, including President and Treasurer. She served as Chairman of the Texpo Treasury Conference in 2011 and most recently as Treasurer in 2021. As a new member of the Dallas AFP, she is currently a member of the Education Committee for Texpo 2023. Other associations include the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA), Women’s Public Finance Network (WPFN), Government Treasurers’ Organization of Texas (GTOT), and is a current member of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee of the TX Women in Public Finance. D.J. Masson, Ph.D., is President of The Treasury Academy, a training and consulting firm specializing in treasury management, international finance, business forecasting, and risk management. Over the past 25 years, D.J. has provided business and financial consulting and training services to a wide variety of corporations, financial institutions, and not-for-profit organizations in the U.S., Canada, and abroad. He is currently an Associate Clinical Professor of Finance at Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business and is a trainer and curriculum developer for programs with Association for Financial Professionals (AFP), GT News and Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT) in the U.K, and Citibank’s Global Transactions Services unit. D.J. has extensive experience in developing curriculum for a wide range of teaching and training environments, both residential and on-line. He has developed classes and taught at all levels of higher education: undergraduate, MBA, Executive MBA, and in-house, custom-designed courses. D.J. has worked with professional associations to develop workshop, training materials, and certification programs in the areas of Treasury Management, Credit Management, Global Cash Management, Financial Forecasting, Commercial Banking, and Risk Management. Ray Vines brings 30 years of corporate treasury experience (and honesty) to bear for Turningpoint Communications’ treasury management sales trainees, customers, customers’ clients and other key constituents as the “voice of the client” for programs, documentation and high-touch client experiences. Ray is also an instructor for the Association for Financial Professionals’ (AFP) Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), Treasury Learning System instructor-led courses, educating hundreds of prospective CTP candidates each spring and fall for Rice University and the University of Texas. Formerly, Ray served as Director of Treasury for Dean Foods in Dallas for seven years, where he was responsible for leading treasury operations and his team, managing internal and external relationships and continuous process improvement. Prior to Dean Foods, Ray spent 20 years at RadioShack as Director of Treasury Operations. Ray is an active participant in enhancing the role of treasury management as an industry and career through his participation on industry roundtables and his leadership of the Dallas AFP, including his role as past president of the . Ray co-chaired the award-winning TEXPO conference in Dallas in 2018, leading all technological, marketing and communications aspects of the conference and is a key member of the content team for #DallasTEXPO2023.
